Terms of service

1. Mobile Service Conditions

Boldline Auto Spa operates as a mobile detailing service. Customers must provide safe, legal, and adequate access to the vehicle. This includes sufficient working space, a stable surface, and a safe environment free of hazards.

We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

2. Weather Policy

Weather conditions may impact service quality and safety. Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, high winds, or unsafe working conditions. Customer and vehicle protection are prioritized.

3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Deposits may be required for paint correction, ceramic coating, or extended services. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees.

5. Pre-Existing Damage Disclosure

Customers must disclose any known pre-existing damage, repainting, bodywork, failing clear coat, sensitive trim, or mechanical issues prior to service.

Boldline Auto Spa is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing defects

  • Worn or compromised paint or clear coat

  • Improper prior repairs

  • Loose trim, badges, or emblems

  • Aged or deteriorated materials

6. Paint Correction Disclaimer

Paint correction is a process designed to improve paint appearance by reducing swirl marks, oxidation, and minor defects. Not all scratches or defects can be fully removed.

Some scratches may be too deep to safely correct without compromising clear coat integrity.

Results vary depending on paint thickness, prior repairs, and overall condition.

7. Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings require proper surface preparation, curing time, and aftercare. Customers will receive maintenance guidelines upon completion.

Improper washing techniques, automatic car washes, or neglect may reduce coating longevity.

Ceramic coating enhances protection and gloss but does not make a vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof.

8. Interior & Material Limitations

Certain stains, odors, or material damage may not be fully removable depending on severity, age, or material type.

Results vary based on condition and prior neglect.

9. Personal Belongings

Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to service. Boldline Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.

10. Liability

Boldline Auto Spa is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to detailing

  • Electrical malfunctions

  • Loose components

  • Damage caused by prior improper repairs

  • Environmental damage occurring after service completion

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

11. Satisfaction Policy

If concerns arise, customers must notify Boldline Auto Spa within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Boldline Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe, excessively contaminated (biohazards), or otherwise hazardous.
