No we don’t rush jobs. Here at Boldline, we pride ourselves on excellence, customer satisfaction and a job better than well done. Taking our time and listening to the customer’s preferences is how we achieve these things.

Should you ever not be satisfied with your service, we have a nice easy refund process to help our customers. If you do not need a refund and just need something touched up we are always available to complete the your service to your standards. Just give us a call, message or email and we will take care of you!

A paint correction is a process that removes oxidation, scratches, swirls and other paint defects, ultimately restoring your car’s paint condition back to factory setting or really close to it.

Yes, paint correction depending on the level and how deep the scratch is can take out a scratch or thin it out.

A ceramic coating is a thin coating that BINDS to the surface of your car’s paint that becomes essentially a guard to protect your car’s paint against dirt, grime, bugs and other things on the road that may stick to your car.
mOBILE detailing

We come to homes and businesses, however we would need the client to confirm there is a power supply and water on site.

We ask and require all customers remove any personal and important documents and items from the vehicle before the detail. We may also require water and electricity to power some of our equipment.

If weather should hinder any work we will give clients the options of rescheduling free of charge, completion of work as long as there is no storms or hazardous conditions coming or a cancelation of the job with partial refund.
Expectations

We will always involve you through the entire process and give suggestions if the package you’ve selected and the conditions of the car do not line up before we start any work to the car.

A detail can be as short as 45 minutes or even a full day. It all depends on the size and condition of the vehicle.

If you are not satisfied with our work, we will work with you until you as the customer is satisfied with the work. If we cannot bring up to the customer’s standards we will issue full or partial refunds along with other requests within reason.
Policies

Yes, we only require deposits for paint corrections and ceramic coatings. Since these jobs are often more delicate and time consuming then other services we provide, we require deposits to be sure customers want to actually go through with it.

Canceling of an appointment within 24 hours or the same day of will result in a 20% fee of total appointment cost.

When payment is due, customers can either pay at the job site, online or by invoice with card, bank, Cashapp, Apple Pay, after pay, credit card or Zelle. Customers will always be given a invoice after every job by text or email.

Should a customer not be satisfied wit the work that is done and want a refund, the customer must notify the company within 24 hours of the job and we will return free of charge to fix the problem. if we cannot resolve the issue we will offer a full or partial repayment.
